Help required please. I have just purchased the Cardiff multi-pack but can't open it on my PC. I have allocated the files to my machine but when I go to the loader and select 'start a new simulation, only my existing simulation of 'Oxford' is listed. Has Cardiff been installed correctly?

Have you done "Check For Updates" since allocating?

All sims should appear in the loader regardless of whether you have a licence or not. Without a licence they will run in demo mode. Those without a licence are coloured purple in the list.

Many thanks for the prompt reply. I'm new to this game. How, and where, do I check for updates?

When you open the main SimSig loader window, there'll be the option to "Check For Updates".

Could it be that the loader is not working correctly? I've just checked again and it still only shows my previously purchased sim of Oxford.
