I tried logging into the licence manager but can't get in. I press log in and get an error message. "HTTP Secure Socket is not supported". It's frustrating as I've just paid for a new sim but can't get the licence for it. Any ideas? Log in to reply |

I can't help with the problem itself, but if you could provide the following information, it might be of use to someone who can: Have you logged into the License Manger successfully before now? If so, roughly when? What Operating System are you running (Windows 7, Windows 8 etc.)? Which Anti-Virus are you using? Can you check for updates successfully? Has anything significant been installed, updated on your computer recently? This might help, suggests it might be a firewall issue. https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Forum/ThreadView/43499?postId=94475 Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

Have logged onto the Licence Manager fairly recently, think it must have been a couple of weeks ago, but I had just done an update so I'm wondering if it had anything to do with that? Using Windows 7. Haven't installed anything onto this computer in a long time. Log in to reply |
