I tried logging into the licence manager but can't get in. I press log in and get an error message.
"HTTP Secure Socket is not supported".
It's frustrating as I've just paid for a new sim but can't get the licence for it.
Any ideas?

I can't help with the problem itself, but if you could provide the following information, it might be of use to someone who can:

Have you logged into the License Manger successfully before now? If so, roughly when?
What Operating System are you running (Windows 7, Windows 8 etc.)?
Which Anti-Virus are you using?
Can you check for updates successfully?
Has anything significant been installed, updated on your computer recently?

Have logged onto the Licence Manager fairly recently, think it must have been a couple of weeks ago, but I had just done an update so I'm wondering if it had anything to do with that?

Using Windows 7.

Haven't installed anything onto this computer in a long time.
