Hi Peter,

Sorry, not Ryde Pier Head. The second platform at the station I'm thinking of is still in use (just not very often).

Would it be that they are all fictional? However, I can only find one case of "Union Street" (in the 2008 film "The Escapist").

Should this be taken to mean that T should be visited first, then U, and so on? If so, Trainfan344's good RUEKTY attempt doesn't count!

Assuming it is in order, I've managed 3 hours 58 minutes as follows:

The Hawthorns d 1509
Smethwick Galton Bridge a 1512 d 1522
Birmingham New Street a 1530 d 1542
University (Birmingham) calls 1549
Redditch a 1621 d 1632
Kings Norton calls at 1657
Birmingham New Street a 1712
Walk to Moor Street
Birmingham Moor St d 1750
Earlseood (West Mids) a 1815 d 1856
Yardley Wood a 1907

Plus it's probably the cheapest way to do the TURKEY challenge as I think it's all under a West Midlands day ticket!
