I created a train that lays over in the loop on its way up from BKG to FST:

5F21-2
DES="Pitsea to Fenchurch Street";
MXS=70; LEN=160; BRK=High; PWR=AC-OHLE;
(BARKING DEP=17:53; PLT=8)
(GASFCTJ DEP=18:01H; PAS=T; LIN=ML; PTA=00:05H)
(GASFLP ARR=18:02H; DEP=18:18)
(LIMHSE DEP=18:21; PAS=T)
(CRISTSJ DEP=18:23; PAS=T; PTH=FL; LIN=FL)
(FENCHRS ARR=18:25; PLT=3; LIN=FL; DEP=18:25; ACT=N:1F22)

However the validation always warns that Loop is out of order and I can't find a suitable path option to resolve this. Is there a way to validate/ The train behaves correctly under ARS.

There's no path to exit GASFLP in the Up direction towards Limehouse. And no path to allow reversals at Upney Junction for ECS at Barking. Are there nay plans to update the sim?

If you start Fenchurch Street up with options "Add Missing Routes" and "Add Missing Paths" you will find these paths and routes will work ok.

With this one I have Created a TT with the info you have provided and I can find no fault with it no warning for loop is out of order in the TT.

However you do get Gas factory Jn out of order when a working comes form East Ham EMD and it has West Ham High level in the TT to clear the warning remove West Ham High level and the warning will clear.
