East Croydon had a public Beta release many, many years ago.
Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick.

1. Leicester
2. Eastleigh
3. Saltley remake (resignalling, extra track Alvechurch etc, maybe Walsall + Bromsgrove?)

I hope it will be a Cambridge remake to link in with West Anglia, Kings Cross and maybe Peterborough.

I'll offer you a tenner at 6:1 that it isn't.
Is nobody going to take me up?
Given that Cambridge is your development, not me!!!

Not exactly, as far as I was aware there was a version which testers had access to which would only work with a workaround, it fringed with Victoria Central that I do know.

There was. Eventually the policy changed to no longer offer public pre-release versions and those files were withdrawn from general availability and as it happened NLL and Croydon were the only sims that have never seen an official release since that time.

Ah, someone finally spotted it.

No, there is no Cambridge release for the March meet. It's still in the queue, somewhere.

But I heard you had already scheduled it for release on the 30th February

That would be good if there was such a date! One idea as part of a Cambridge scrolly would be to have it with a slightly expanded layout to include the line right through to Kings Dyke & Whittlesea to tie in with Peterborough and the ECML.

Um, the existing Cambridge chains to Peterborough. VW6, if I recall correctly.

There was in Sweden in 1712.

(If you want to know why and are too lazy to google, it will cost you a pint at the meet.)

It is indeed VW6 as it covers March and Whittlesey as well as entry to and from Whitemoor yard.

IrishDave gave an explanation yesterday on TeamSpeak. Not Dave's fault by any means, but after hearing it I suggest some strong medication for getting your head around the date sequences/gaps/mismatches!

How can it? The areas of Whittlesea box is not covered on Peterborough or Cambridge.

The Cambridge simulation includes a simplified version of the line from Manea to Peterborough, with only the March area simulated in detail. It is possible to chain the two simulations.

I'll make another set of guesses. Nobody said there was a limit on guesses, right?

Harrogate Loop
Reading
Port Talbot
Basingstoke
London Bridge - although I read somewhere that this sim was abandoned or something
Colchester
Ireland - I know this isn't specific, but I don't know how it's split up.

The train now standing on platform 2, should be on the rails

I cannot lie, I would pay a lot of money for London Bridge... Even an old layout would be fantastic so I hope its not been abandoned.

Having a Glasgow Central sim would be good as it could chain with the existing Motherwell and Paisley sims unless there's any other signalboxes I've forgotten which would be needed?

Cathcart although it would be easy to add as a panel on a central sim.

Thinking of the Victoria LUL sim we have and the fact that we also have some of the Met as well (if the full LUL option on Marylebone is used) I'm thinking either we have a smaller sim for the Met from Harrow on the Hill to Uxbridge to chain with Marylebone we could see the Piccadilly line as a sim.

Still 2 weeks to go, woohoo!
