2G71 at platform 4 dep. 05:12 later 5L71 is for P4 dep. at 05:05 2G71 blocks 5L71 as it does not leave for another 7minutes. Other platforms at full. Should 2G71 be shunted to Bay 3?

Whenever I run Plymouth, I indeed shunt 2G into P3.

Requires a TT abandon and re-assign once you get it on the move up into P3, but that's what I generally do.

The Welsh contingent. Aron, or Ar to mates. Also known as 88E or ThatManCalledAr.

Many thanks, but should not the time table be amended or a note to say that all trains to Gunnislake depart from P3

The 2009 TTs have been created from a download of data from Network Rail. Any discrepancies or clashes are as per the data held by Network Rail and it is up to the SimSig signaller to solve such problems just like his or her real world counterpart would have done on the day.

Thanks for your comments now I know how the time tables are done one can can do the necessary adjustments. I am getting use to the SimSig simulations and I do like them, but they are quite different to PC Rail which I have used over many years

PC Rail is one of the better alternatives. It is easy for beginners to use. But SimSig strives to be as realistic as possible, and with realism comes complexity and a steeper learning curve. Stick with it, I hope you'll enjoy it!

Thanks for your comments, I am getting into these simulations, I have Coventry, Plymouth and Wolverhampton. For a short time I was in the Plymouth East Box in the early fifties things were harder then to operate, so this sim. brings back memories, Wolverhampton is my home town, I did spend a day in the Power Box about 3 years ago but that Box is now out of use all is controlled from Saltley Control Centre. I am enjoying the different approach with these Sims. to PCRail who pay a lot of attention to details of the type of locos and stock used.
