I am currently playing the latest version of exeter with the summer 2006 TT and TORR off. I have encountered numerous times with the latest being 1A08 where even after i cancel the route over the crossing they stay down and i have to manually tell them to raise. as attatched is my current save which was just after i had it happen again.

Auto raise won't function with TORR disabled on a SIM generally speaking.

If the train has cleared the level crossing TC and the route is still set from the signal, the barriers won't auto-raise.
