I get a weird thing where sometimes trains passing on the Up Fast from EY2 to EY1, cause the Down Slow block instrument to change from Normal to TOL, and immediately flash the Train Arrived button. However if I click on it, nothing happens, TOL+AR remain on and no "cannot give slot" message appears. On the UFL is cleared towards Cheadle the DSL instrument can be reset. Caught it - see attached.
