For the benefit of the two original posters, the latest NEScot update includes the TT location 'Montrose Through Siding (MN21/25), which will allow the ECS moves discussed to be simulated correctly. Snotri in post 118193 said: The good news is that Scot Rail is now publishing unit allocations via Real Time Trains. Unit numbers are added late evening/very early morning for the day's services, and are retained for 7 days. Numbers are also updated each hour in the event of cancellations/unit swaps.
