I haven't had chance to try and replicate this on any other sim or location yet but trains entering from Sheffield HS that are told to call back do so really quickly (around 20ish seconds after if that) constantly.

Was the train entering late, by any chance? There was a bug in this case that was thought to be fixed with loader version 4.11. (Mantis 23863)
