Looks like a bit of a cpntradiction in terms of who was & wasn't given permission. Clearly permission was given at 03.33, but them 2 mins later saying it wasn't. I doubt it's a TT error as I can't say I've noticed this before, even whilst Kev & I were testing through the TT. Maybe someone who knows motr yjam I do about the core code maybe be able to shed some light on this. Don't think anuone else has mentioned this before, unless they were fully paying attention to the ,essages coming through at the time. I'll have a chat with Kev & see what he says but I'm sure he would have flagged it up whilst we were testing the TT.

Quite a while since I have played West Yorkshire, but I seem to recall I had the same problem with a number of locos at Knottingley TMD.

Maybe there's something in the way that entry-points are defined whereby if the loco does not enter on the exact expected entry point it's considered non-authorized. However **this is clearly speculation** aimed at maybe giving ideas to the devs as to what may have caused it.

Independently of this I find this an excellent simulation to enjoy (particularly if you try the "heavy freight" in the early morning with miriad loco and freight movements).

Definitely one of the most interesting sims in terms of variety...

Could you add a savegame, or explain where you tried to send 0G02?

All loco's destined to Knottingley TMD should enter behind either signal FE5414 or FE5415. Most (if not all) of them need to reverse at England Lane LC (behind FE5424) to enter.

If you route it straight in from Knottingley West Jn, you get the 'no permission' message.

This thread: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Forum/ThreadView/49657 also has an explanation about this.

This explains why I received the 'no permission' message.

It's as others have said. You need to send the engine into the correct end of the shed. Almost everything goes in at the England Lane end.

Got it. That was the problem. As it did not mention reversing at England Lane I sent it straight in.

Many thanks.
