I'm not sure what's changed on the system but today I'm receiving this error message when checking for updates? I have tried reinstalling but with no luck. I've manually used 'SimSigRefresher' and this works with no issue. So not sure why the Loader is having a problem.

It means it cannot update the files on your hard drive. You could try running as an administrator to see if that helps.
