help,since i installed the v 5 i cannot acess my subscriptions of rugby north ,south or centre!!
i requested an unlock of my subs which was actioned but it will still not let me allocate them to my laptop ,which incidentally is the same machine i was running them on previously!!!
any ideas please?????

When you say it won’t let you allocate them to your laptop what do you mean? Generally you don’t lock your licenses to your machine anymore unless you’re anticipating being away from a reliable internet connection - you just log in via SimSig Loader and it will pick up the licenses off your account

when i open up sim sig loader on my laptop yesterday i downloaded v5, once that had been done it asked me to unlock the licenses which i requested.now when i go to run the sim it says i can only run in demo mode .i previously had the license allocated to this laptop,even when i right click on run simulation the allocate license tick box shows a no entry bar .i dont understand why just updating to a newer version should need me to re allocate as i say im using the same laptop.im guessing i may have to uninstall sim sig completley than download it again!!!
what a pain in the neck for an update.!!

Have you logged in with your username and password on the V.5 Loader. Doing this successfully should show a green tick next to those fields.

Your licenses have successfully transitioned to version 5.

There's no need to allocate licenses anymore as mentioned above.

Have you correctly logged in on the front page of the loader?

Uninstalling and reinstalling is not going to fix the issue.
