Everytime I start the loader I have an update then the loader and all the sims are downloaded and installed. This happens on a daily basis and cannot believe there are daily updates but I may be wrong. I have re-installed the official files to see if this will overcome this but it doesn't.

Make sure you hit the Delete Obsolete Files button at the end of the update.

I've noticed it can take a little while each startup to check for new updates.

Would it be worth testing a "modified-at" checkpoint file as a first action to bring up the "New Updates" alert more quickly?

Thanks
Jamie
