Hi, As of this evening (2nd Sep) I have found none of my paid sims run in full mode, demo mode only. I was running Chester at lunch time and all was fine. Any ideas? no changes in my setup. Thanks. Log in to reply |

Same here. All my licences have gone in the last hour or so. The loader says I'm logged in succesfully. Log in to reply |

Same here, I was playing Cardiff and decided to close it down to run another simulation and now all my simulations that I've paid for minus the Aussie ones are demo only. I've also checked for any updates and all my sims are fully updated too. I've checked both my PC and Laptop, while I can successfully sign in on both machines, I get the error on both so SimSig team bods - what's happened? Not sure if this is related, but running West Hampstead just now I had a box pop up stating 'Simulation Expired'. Clicked on the 'Ok' button in the box and the sim closed.
