The route from signal 863 to 871 is a 25mph route while the mainlines are 110mph. Yet this route uses neither flashing yellow nor approach control. I assume approach control would be needed in real life?

Also, the points in the up line (track circuit TNBB) allow passenger trains at 40mph; the points in the down line (track circuit TNCA) only allow 25mph for both passengers and freight. This seems quite inconsistent - in the opposite direction passenger trains may run at 40mph into platform 2 or 3 over either track circuit.

It was approach control from Red in real life before it was resignalled in 2013 (and the equivalent move today is also)

The crossover speed for the main-main crossover at Newbury East (953 points in real life) was 40 for down direction moves and 25 for up direction moves. The equivalent today is again, the same.

The connection in/out of the bay is 25mph.
