I reinstalled the game after continuing cannot connect to server messages. Now i just get that message regardless if its downloaded from the website or from previous saved versions of the loader. Pls help.

I believe Geoff has mentioned elsewhere that if the Loader can't connect to the Server, but you have no issues logging into the website, its likely to be a Firewall issue which will require you to give specific permission for Simsig on your firewall.

Hi. I did try disabling bit defender firewall but it made no difference,

Doesnt get that far to attempt log in. Just goes straight to system files not installed.

It shows this no matter how i have installed the loader. Previous file save or from website. I disabled bit drfender during the process as well. Really dont know what else to do.

Really dont know what else to do.Can you check the font folder to see if "SimSigv2.fon" is there, on some systems it may show as 2 files "SimSigsmallv2 regular" and "SimSigv2 regular" I am not sure where that folder will be on a Windows 10 system but it can normally be found though the control panel.
