I'm not entirely a newcomer. I've been using Royston for some time, but I need something harder. I've tried to get Oxted and Maidstone East. I've searched high and low for well over an hour on two separate days and I just can't find any link that will download them. I made a donation for Oxted via Paypal, but that made no difference. Ditto I have Maidstone East in my shopping cart, but I'm not going to complete checkout until this problem is solved. It says you can try the sim for a short period before buying. Well, I can't! I just cannot understand it. I'm logged into my account. I had no problem with Royston. Am I just being incredibly thick or has something gone wrong? Help! I did try the help/contact us form, but got no reply. Maybe I should just go back to absolute block?

Hi - you don't download individual sims, they are all listed in the Loader. Those you have bought you have unlimited operation of, others you haven't bought you can try for a limited time. Just click on Start a new simulation on the loader opening page. https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Wiki/Show?page=usertrack:faq:no_sim Alternatively if you are unfamiliar with the Loader you need to start from scratch by downloading the system files and then selecting check for updates. You may be a long way out of date with how it works on SimSig now. You do not download sims any more. You download the 'Loader' from here: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/File/Index/4 You log in to that - same login as here - it links to your licenses automatically at the SimSig end. It downloads the data and timetables for all the current sims. You no longer download sims. You should have loader v5.8 installed and all sims are automatically populated in the loader. Free sims are available to play at will and paid for sims available as demos.
