I now have 5P16 waiting for right-away at Stirling North (rev) to go to platform number 6. Perhaps my glasses have had a malfunction as it looks to me that the route is correctly set, the train is facing in the right direction but when I click signal SN46 followed by SM65 nothing happens. Of coarse, it could be that I'm doing something wrong, which wouldn't surprise me :D
This is all happening several minutes after the attached save.

Looks like the route isn't valid in that era. I don't know whether or not it's supposed to be.

The route to platform 9 works.

Oh. Wonder why that is. Perhaps someone can answer this question.
I'll send it to platform 9 then.
Thanks.

Think of it more as a 4 track line (P2/P3/P6/P9) under AB between Stirling Middle and Stirling North, but with exceptions allowing some 2-way moves.
SN46 to P6 (or P6 from the up Perth for that matter) is a wrong line move that does not have an exception, even today.

The 'SM' boundary on the Alloa line is a bit misleading, they are a small panel 'SK' in SM building, having previously been SN signals. See attached showing plated SN18/SN11, original version of one of the splash screens
