W43 is the signal past W41 on the line to Castle Cary. It is not displayed on the panel.

I can't immediately see where the NDT could have come from other than there, is this a one-off or for every train that goes that way? Did you somehow delete the TD? It's consistently happening when WSB is chained. Error occurs on EXD sim every time train steps from W41 to W43 on the WSB sim.
