In the attached save (SwinDid) you can see a failed signal (913) at Didcot East Jn with a route set to signal 921. The yellow and double yellow aspects are out; red/green are still working. If you swing the points right behind the platform in the overlap of signal 921, signal 913 displays red rather than failed as long as the points are swinging. It does not have an obvious reason to return to red; normally it would continue to display yellow. I think this is a core code bug rather than sim data so I put it in general questions, feel free to move it to the SwinDid section if it turns out to be sim-specific. Post has attachments. I don't think this is a bug. You're in a failure state and you're asking it to hold off on detection (so a kind of double failure) while the points are being swung in an overlap. I think you're expecting a bit too much of the interlocking in such a state.

Well if the real panel or signal would do a similar thing in such a case, then it's not a bug of course. But I guess that that is hard to find out.
