This happened simultaneously to a couple of folk this evening/morning at 01:00 UTC, when all our computer clocks jumped from 1am local time to 2am local time when summer time started. Is this a known issue with the licencing system?

I believe this is the first time we've "gone forward" in time since the new license system was introduced, I don't think anything was reported in October when the clock went back an hour. In any case I see someone in the game has already raised Mantis 33406 for investigation. The servers are supposed to run on GMT all year round. Tonight it appears one decided for the first time in the years it has been running to leap forward and, in the process, noticed that none of those dynamic users had phoned home for some time and released those licenses. Apologies.

Ugh, glad this wasn't just me.....I was writing a timetable when this box came up and I went to press "Enter" for something related to the timetable....I press ENTER right as the message comes up....Simsig closes out automatically, progress from the last 15 minutes lost (thankfully I had just saved).... Another frustration in writing a timetable! Log in to reply |
