In EGIP era, I had a traction error for electric train from GLQ P5 starter on the primary route (CQ85 - CQ58)!

Running "opposite" via CQ250 is fine for the AC set, so it might be over 748 points?

Thanks
Jamie

Odd, it should have failed both ways for all routes across P748 reverse.
Anyway, fixed.

Peter, Could you confirm the mantis number for this issue please. I can't currently find a ticket relating to it

But I see you have found another one which I'll fix later.

Thanks Peter!

I've tried my hardest to find any more electrification bugs, and haven't

Thanks, I've discovered it's a bit whack-a-mole as in certain circumstances the Sim editor is stripping out the era variants for TCs.
Now I know I can be more careful.
I just need to check the same for Cowlairs.

Was this fixed in last weeks update? I saw the release notes indicate the problem was "identified", but was curious if changes were made. Thanks!

The ticket for this one (33687) is marked as resolved and a quick test seems to confirm it was in this version.

Peter never made a ticket for this one, but it appears to have been fixed

Yes, everything was fixed as far as I know. As noted above the problem was caused by the sim editor knocking off the variants in certain circumstances. I can't promise for sure the wires have not been brought down elsewhere since but a close inspection of the debug window did not show anything obvious.

Thank you Peter for this excellent and challenging simulation.

I am experiencing some of the same unsuitable traction problems described above in this thread, specifically:
* Over 748 points in the throat of Queen Street station
* On the Down E&G approach from Winchburgh Junction, at or near Linlithgow.

I'm running the May 2021 timetable in the EGIP era.

Simulation file attached, in case you need it.

Oh. Looks like some Loader updates have come through, so I'll test again to see if it is fixed.

Thanks

Hi Chris,

AFAIK the updates from Peter have covered all known issues from previous version, based on my own testing.

Thanks!

The missing AC tickets that I can see, the ones that I reported were tested and closed last year and the one for the approach from whichburgh closed in April this year.
I've looked at the debug and can't find any missing AC in the EGIP era, so your update should cover the issues that you've came across.
