Whilst playing the Peterborough 1977 Mon-Sat v1.4.0 tt a train (NNCS) was offered by Nene C.S and travelled to P5. It then disappeared a little while later. It wouldn't replicate from an earlier save and as I know that people are busy testing and developing new sims, is there any point in investigating this? Did it actually fully leave the sidings? There are a number of shunts in that TT that draw a short way out of the siding then immediately set back in.

I'm always interested to know about problems in my sims, though I'm years behind on fixing some of them. But a train ID like that sounds like a shunt, so is there any chance that bugsy is correct?

I have provided a saved game even though NNCS probably won't appear and some more information. Post has attachments. Log in to view them. The stopping position of NX-250 is the clue here. This will make the train stop 250m short of the platform and reverse from that point

It was a shunt move. Didn't realise that it would do that though. Everything that you make will be useful - providing it's made of chocolate. Log in to reply |

Excellent. I've just seen NNCS come out of Nene C.S. and dive straight back in without reaching P5
