I know that this is of very little importance but I have just started to read the Marylebone manual and noticed what I'm sure is a spelling mistake in the 2016 Era of the Start-up Options: "The station area was extensively remodelled, with a new light maintenance depot built at the sound end of the station" Shouldn't the word "sound" be South? Looks like an interesting layout and I'm going to put this sim very near the top of my "must purchase" list. I shall give the Demo a try this evening Everything that you make will be useful - providing it's made of chocolate. Log in to reply |

It was indeed, I've corrected it.

Otherwise its one of those where a lot of services are captive so you have to make decisions that affect you for the rest of the day. "We don't stop camborne wednesdays" Log in to reply |

Mmmm...... Just run a Demo Mode but virtually nothing happened. Quite a number of trains divided and a Class 66 travelled at 60 mph. That was it! Did I run the wrong Demo or are the others the same or similar? Difficult to make an assessment in these circumstances

Starting at 4.00 is a bit to early for this sim in my opinion (I know you can't help that). The full service towards Aylesbury only really starts running between 6 and 7. And believe me, it is very intense then. You really have to keep en eye out for small delay's, because they can quickly cascade into big problems. The layout at Marylebone is not your only problem by then. I've got a save from 6:43 and I've got 57 trains in the area at that time. That is on the Marylebone Oct 15 SX (with other ops freight and LUL) WTT.
