I cleared S103 for the route to Westbury while 7A71 was approaching UW112. The signals then proceeded to flash like this: https://gyazo.com/c89c51d7395418cfc037aa384f95a48d
Save attached (TT is very WIP, by me, happy to receive feedback though)
After reloading the save, UW112 is steady yellow instead of flashing, with S103 still flashing red-yellow. When 7A71 occupies the track section after UW112, S103 turns to steady yellow, and later steady green.

Yes, it appears so and it's been reported as a core-code query under #31505

I've got two notes:
- The train did not report an ACOA in neither the original, nor reloading the savegame.
- In that thread, you said it's a bug in the save reloading process. But, this was on a fresh game. Both the original and the save-reloaded game were broken, and in different ways.

I've tried numerous times but I can't reproduce the symptoms other than through a reload.

Odd. I feel like maybe I set the route on the same tick that the signal sighting timer (which decides if the flasher still activates, or if it releases from red) reached its threshold, and this caused some edge case that isn't covered? The linked GIF shows different behaviour from reloading the save, so I'm very sure that I broke it somehow even without reloading.
