I previously brought licences for a number of simulations, which were allocated to my old machine which has died. I have since purchased new machine but I need those licences unlocking from my old machine. Thank you for your help in this request.

You can request unlock in the loader for your simulations. This will usually be granted in around 1 day.

Thanks but I've tried that the option box is greyed out.
