Are you sure you've logged into the loader correctly on the main screen? I can't see anything in the license database as to why it would be just those two Sims you're having issues with, are you able to play other sims you've purchased okay? I can't see any reason this would be the case. All of your licenses are available for dynamic use and are not locked to a particular machine. As long as you are logged into the loader correctly with a stable internet connection things should work fine. Perhaps try locking your licenses to your machine, make sure any anti virus software isn't blocking SimSig from making contact with the wider world, and ensuring TLS 1.2 is enabled in internet explorer settings. The technical information from a game you are running with the issue would also assist in narrowing down the issue. Hamburger > Help > About > Technical Info > Copy. Then paste the information here.
