Hi all,

Im having issues with getting info loaded onto my license Manager. None of the sims I have are showing nor are the 2 new sims I have just purchased. See screenshot below. I have also refreshed using the tools button but still nothing showing

The license manager is obsolete now and has been for a good long while. It is an irrelevance, what matters is the colour of the signal icons in the loader menu and/or what you can see on this website

Even that isnt showing. Its still showing Yellow.
See below screenshot... I have just purchased North Kent and Port Talbot. Both Yellow.

Hi, it looks like you purchased Port Talbot and Oxford today, I can't see an order for North Kent.

Are you still having an issue accessing these two Sims? The license database shows you've successfully locked the Port Talbot license to a machine a short while ago.

Hi Headshot119,
Thats really bizzare, as I know I purchased North Kent and Port Talbot.... Is it possible to revole the Oxford sim and place that to the North Kent sim?

Your order shows Oxford and Port Talbot. Nevertheless I have switched Oxford for North Kent.
