Hi, I recently upgraded my PC but all the paid for sims are in demo mode. I visited https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses where all my licence are shown but everything is grayed out. Please help. Many Thanks Larry Log in to reply |

Have you logged in to the Loader on your new PC? Is there a purple 'request unlock' button next to the licenses listed on the page you linked to, and if so, have you requested an unlock? "Don't stress/ relax/ let life roll off your backs./ Except for death and paying taxes/ everything in life.../ is only for now." (Avenue Q) Log in to reply |

Your licenses are not shown as being allocated to a particular machine so "unlocking" is unlikely to help. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

Thanks both for replies. Yes, I had already logged into loader but my sims were in demo mode hence my post. Have just tried again and all showing green once more, so all ok now. Many Thanks Larry Log in to reply |
