This looks similar to an error that was caused by reloading saves with delayed trains in loader V5.24. A new version just released yesterday that should fix this. Have you updated yet? If not, definitely try that and see if it's fixed when you load the save again. If yes, then the save itself might be wrong if it was saved under loader 5.24. If you're on 5.25, and you're still getting the error on a new game that you started with 5.25, you should attach the technical info and logfile details, and a savegame if available.
