One for the ex BR members here but can anyone clarify which type of DMUs were used between Gospel Oak and Barking in 1997 as Wikipedia (Not always the best place for research) states that initially Class 108 and 115 DMUs were used before being replaced in the early 90s (No mention of when exactly happened) by Class 117 and 121 units.

I would guess that the Bletchley to Bedford services were mostly Class 121s or was there a mix of both Class 117s/121s on those routes?

Wikipedia seems to think that the Class 150s didn't operate on those routes until 2000.

All help is appreciated.

Here's a photo of a class 121 at Upper Holloway in 1999 which is said to be "unusual", so I assume class 117 was the norm although it could be substituted if necessary.

Predominantly Class 117 on the Gospel Oak-Barking and Willesden Junction-Clapham Junction routes. Mix of Class 117/121 on the Bedford-Bletchley routes. Class 31+coaches were also used on the Bedford-Bletchley at one point, although I can't recall the year as I write this. Perhaps 1999 or thereabouts.

Thank you both, do we know how many of each type were operated by Silverlink? Google makes mention of 10 Class 117s being disposed off when the Class 150s replaced them, is this correct?
