There is something that goes halfway to what you want. Jamie Stallwood (forum handle 9pN1SEAp) has written an XML comparison tool which checks the interface between two linked TTs as standalones rather than while running in sim. See this topic.

While the tool doesn't correct the TTs, it does list the discrepancies so that the TTs can be manually edited. The tool is available at this link.

I don't think there is a manual available so you have to play until you've fathomed how it all works but it does enable a very quick comparison between TTs and is rather a nice piece of work.

Technically, I'm already doing this. I choose the Exit of one Sim and the Entry of the other Sim and I work my way through each train. I then change over and do it the other way.
It's long and tedious. Takes weeks around work and home life to complete. I was hoping there might be some automation that could be built in.

But Jamie's comparison tool automates the process of ploughing on comparing things line by line. That tool looks at the two TTs and compares every train across the interface(s) flagging up wherever there is a difference so that it has already done your line by line comparison. The output is a report which you can put into a spreadsheet and manipulate so that only the TTs which differ across the interface are flagged up. You (hopefully) then have only a small number of questionable items to go through and amend rather than three or four hundred lines of timetable. Last time I ran it was a good while ago, comparing Edinburgh 2006 and Motherwell 2006 and I had the output in less than 30 seconds, copied from browser into spreadsheet filtered to only show variances in about a minute and all TT amendments done within 10 minutes.

Maybe it's just me but i'm not finding the interface easier
