I have two issues... 1) I went to check if I had already purchased Stockport. I tried to run it and it came up with a "Range Check Error" - so I went and purchased a copy. Paid by PayPal etc.. 2) I returned to the SimSig loader and every sim now reports a Range Check Error. I have checked for updated and reloaded the loader. Still the error and I have paid £22 for a copy of a licence I already own. Hho can help me please Log in to reply |

I've issued a refund and deleted the duplicate license. You can see your purchases in your account on this website. As for the range check error, can you show a screenshot please? Usually there is a number that can help us find the issue. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

That's unusual. Not much to go on unfortunately. Can you try deleting the following file (it will recreate it)? C:\Users\Public\Documents\SimSig\CommonConfig.dat (assuming you installed in the default location) SimSig Boss Log in to reply |
