Afternoon, Currently in the process of putting together a Timetable for the West Yorkshire Sim. Could the powers that be have a look into some minor changes. Kellingley Colliery Bunker Line could this be a entry and exit location. The colliery sidings are but the bunker line is not and this was the location used most once the Colliery Sidings ceased being used from 1992. Monk Bretton Redferns Glass Works could this also be made a Entry/Exit location please will assist timetabling trains. Thanks, Zero Delta Zero Seven Log in to reply |

In reply: Kellingley Colliery Bunker Line: Entry Point: Kellingley Colliery Exit Points: Kellingley Colliery / Kellingley Colliery (FLHH) / Kellingley Colliery (GBRf) For Monk Bretton GW I don't know what the entry point would be but: - Monk Bretton Loop (as a timing point) - Monk Bretton Redfearns would probably be one exit point - Monk Bretton Redfearns (GBRf) would probably be the other exit point - Monk Bretton Loop (WK6819 Rev) & Monks Bretton Loop (WK6822 Rev) would be for the loop between the stop boards those locations are all on the timetable list. Rev = Reversing point Hope this is of some use: I look forward to playing the TT. Dave Last edited: 21/01/2024 at 15:57 by DaveHarries Reason: None given Log in to reply |

Monk bretton is captive because of the OTW arrangements on the branch. What goes up must come down. Technically you could leave a train inside the loop there but that probably complicates the OTW logic.

Looking at Kellingley - the Bunker line is a terminal siding according to the manual so a train should be timetabled to go in and come out without exiting the sim. Just timetable to it, form the next service then timetable it out. That isn't possible though by the look of things as it doesn't have a location. Edit: use kellingley colliery with platform BKR. Tested and the train will go in. Stop and then come back out. It works for both bunker and colliery line.
