Can anybody help as I am unable to gain entry to sims that I have purchased. I can preview other sims but my ones show a yellow signal.

Did you assign them to another computer? If so you can go here to request an unlock. https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses

Can you upload a screenshot of the loader screen. First screen when you open SimSig.

Iam afraid I do not know how to. When I open sim sig the top icons are as usual but the bottom icons are feint. I hope tht helps. Thanks
