I don't wish this to appear as a baseless moan, I appreciate the time and effort put into developing sims by the Devs but this sim-breaking problem has been reported since the start of March and is still not fixed.

There is only a couple times where I want to play a 'Northampton P-1 OOU' scenario before getting bored. With the greatest of respect as a paying customer of a few sims this does not give me the confidence to spend any more money here. I think for the amount charged for individual sims the time to rectify bugs is far too long. I have noticed other instances of this on the forums too...

Feel free to discuss further, but this is just a polite note from a customer who would probably be willing to spend more on sims but does not want to throw money away if sims that are officially supported but don't really seem like it...

Good evening,

Thank you for your post James. Rugby Centre will be getting an update in the near future, and although I can't give you an exact date it is on the radar. I accept how frustrating it can be waiting for updates but unfortunately due to the sheer volume of simulations, it means sometimes there is a delay while we get through the list. Rugby Centre had an update relatively recently so it is waiting its "turn" so to speak. With over 100 simulations in the catalog even if we release 4 updates a month it takes over 2 years to get through every simulation. Still, we do try to prioritize important fixes first.

With that however again I do understand the frustration but please bear with us and we will get an update out as soon as we can, with consideration to our wider release schedules.

Further to above, I've recategorised the ticket as urgent/major. It was set as low/minor previously so it got missed - apologies.

Thanks both, I have played the updated version tonight and can confirm all is well with P1!

I'd like to apologise for my tone in my previous post, I was slightly frustrated at the time and while I stand by what I said I think a "what's happening with Rugby Centre" post may have been more appropriate!

Again thanks both,
James
