hi,

on the 2015 timetable, 2E84/Y50606 has arrived at Huddersfield platform 4B but is still blocking the crossover behind, thus preventing itself from departing as 2F81.

it is a 4 car class 156. (92m)
is this a bug, or is it just too long?

thanks in advance!

Nothing wrong with the train as such as it's the correct length nor is it a simulation bug, what it actually is though is a error by the SimSig Groundhog Day team who should have used Near End as it's stopping position for Platform 4B and they've just used the default stopping position which means it's won't stop in the correct position for the platform in question.

Surprised this wasn't picked up during testing of the timetable.

To be far I'd argue its a sim error with regards it it not picking a suitable stopping location inside the platform. You shouldn't have to NX that movement when the train fits comfortably. You are right with the analysis of how to resolve it though to work around it.

As huddersfield is now unsupported, I havent logged a ticket for this.
