Hmm, that gets triggered by deleting a game. I think a moderator may have "tidied up" by deleting old games and triggering a flurry of emails! I'll alter the code to prevent such notifications if the game was supposed to start more than 24 hours ago (thus allowing for a cancellation shortly after the scheduled start).
