Hmm. With Paddington to Didcot perhaps: would be fun. I have several ideas what this new simulation might be although I have already had one idea confirmed to be wrong.

North pole was a bit of light hearted fun

but if you don't want spoilers, avoid the midland section of simulation manuals. I just stumbled,on something new,and local to me

Looking at the topic about updating of the loader as a consequence of trying to suit everyone's opinions on crew changes can I ask a stupid question about this present from the man at the North Pole......is this new simulation still going to be released.
One of the reasons why I ask is that I recently purchased amongst others the Manchester Piccadilly sim. I now realise that unless I operate it at it's slowest possible speed I as an average user am never going to be able to play it by myself and enjoy it. ARS would have certainly helped but there again I realise you cannot please everyone but if and when this new simulation arrives are you allowed to say if it will have ARS as an option.?

The simulation is still going to be released as planned.

It won't feature ARS, but it is manageable by one person.

Geoff
Just as a thought from the comment about 'slowest speed', I can manage Man Picc alone but struggle if I chain with Vic or Hunts Cross. How easy/hard/possible would it be to adjust the slowest speed to make it even slower in future?

We are looking at ways to make Man Picc more accessible to single players. As Karl says, this release will be manageable by one, but we also have another on the way which is definitely manageable by one person.

giving windsor bridge and crow nest Panels ARS would do the Job (and both layouts look ARS Freindly)

Interesting. That looks very close to part of the Basingstoke ASC panel layout of Templecombe which I once did a mock-up. The Basingstoke ASC panel does not, however, have that siding at the top and the track layout is slightly wrong. Were it not for those two factors I would say Wessex (Salisbury to Exeter, via. Yeovil Junction).

However in view of that sample above I have no idea.

Something involving semaphores and/or AB working judging by the lack of TC in rear of that first left hand signal. Are any of the pictured signals semaphore?

No idea. But what makes you think that? I have only ever done HoW between Llanelli and Llanwrtyd Wells so I don't know the route beyond Llanwrtyd.
