I reckon Leicester, Giving the ability to simulate the Midland Main Line all the way from St. Pancake to Sheffield.

Unless of course it's an older layout (say 1980's) which could obviously mean it wouldn't appear of the 2005 Quail book. Meanwhile, Doncaster would fill in the sim gap between Peterborough and York. That would permit an ECML chain from Kings Cross to Tyneside - somewhat beyond Sheffield, in fact.

That clue has lost me, Looks like its Loughborough (Leicester EMCC), but the image gives me an impression of a mainline with sidings....

In case anyone else made the mistake I did when I first saw the picture- the white line in the middle is a track with a route set on it, not a gap between two separate images.
