Whilst I completely agree this is a frustration... I've learnt over the years from various 'Hosters' The ones to 'trust' and the ones to not... At the end of the day (and i'm being brutally honest here), if its such an issue - Just don't join this persons games / ignore them hosting. The person will soon get the message when he doesn't get anyone joining these 'Chain the World' games that he needs to 'up his game' and very soon he will be back to playing solo.
