It's not a bug. I just uploaded some fixes to the website and in the 10-20 seconds it takes to do that, the website shows this message. A lack of response might mean it's rebooting - something I had to do a couple of days ago after O/S updates. I usually do website updates after midnight UK time but can't always do this.
