Recently some updates were made available to most of the Scottish Sims however for Central Scotland, Cowlairs and North East Scotland it doesn't actually say what the updates were on the vast Wiki... Same here. I have no idea what the update was for. However, when I restarted a Central Scotland game after the update, a signal around Plean was corrupted and many of the signal "stalks" disappeared partially. Game was still playable.

If a CScot savegame broke in the updated version, I suspect that more was changed than just a version number update. The updates were an accumulation of issues that had been posted on the forum and elsewhere from time to time. A couple of further things have since arisen on CSCOT which I'll attend to shortly. I can confirm that signal LN46 was the offending signal, when I resumed play after the update. The stalks on many other signals seem to flash on and off with the signal when its on flash mode.

I wonder why I thought it had updated. It might be an error on my part. I listed the updates based on file update time in my Simulations directory. Hi all I now have (NE SCOT) Stalks flashing after train has passed and gaps in the route setting (white line) although service passes over the track. Iain.

Stalks flashing is a new indication with loader version 4.9 that the route has been used and needs to be cancelled manually. https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Forum/ThreadView/49351
