Pretty sure i'm not a robot, however signalling trains for a living sometimes can make feel like one, but i still love it

Hey there!

I was recommended this simulation by a friend and decided to check it out. It seems like a good community to be a part of.

I hope I enjoy my time here.

[Hello my name is David Cox, a retired signalman from West Midlands Signalling Centre.

Get started by downloading the System Files here, and take a look at the Wiki, in particular the installation guide. You can find a list of simulations here- we recommend Royston to start with, but it's entirely up to you.

Feel free to ask questions/make comments by starting a thread in the appropriate section of the Forum (please keep this thread for introductions only).

Please be aware that your first post will be approved by a moderator, so won't appear immediately.

Enjoy![/quote]

You'll like the ~1980s timetables that some people do. Look out for 58050's work.

Evening everyone. Finally back on Sim Sig after many years without access to it. Loved Kings Cross when I played originally. Looking forward to purchasing wither York or Tyneside IECC. Not sure which one to be honest. Suggestions welcome.

Welcome back. If you're playing solo then I would say York is more manageable. If you're going to join multiplayer games then Tyneside is more challenging and larger.

Evening.
Signalling designer who had a play on the old Swindon Panel now in Didcot Railway Centre and fancied a go with sigsim.
Interested to have a bit of play for now but may get a bit too interested and spend all my time here!

Hi all, new on here. Played very basic signalling sims many years ago, thought I would delve into it again.
Disappointed not to see Reading on here (unless I'm blind in which case I apologise) but lets have a look.
Cheers
