To get a file: From the home page, click downloads and then user contributed and then timetables. Pick the sim you want to get (lets say Edinburgh) and click on that. Pick the timetable you'd like to try (say 1993) and click on it. You now get the download window where you can click to download the file. You then go via the license page and the zip file downloads. To put it into SimSig: You need to find the location where the sim timetables are stored. Typically this was C:program filesSimSigEdinburgh (or for another sim, use that sim name instead of Edinburgh) In there you should see some files ending in wtt and wtr, as well as some ssg (saved games) and perhaps a few jpg (the splash screens). More recently though, this has been moved to suit Win7. You copy the wtt and wtr files into this directory and then they will show up as possible timetables when you start a new sim game. regards Bill Log in to reply |

To add to what Bill has written, you can find out where the TTs for the sim are currently stored from within the sim. Open the sim and then go to Timetable - Save As from the menu bar of the main control window with the clock showing at the left of the window. This brings up the standard Windows "Save As" pop-up set to the folder where the TTs for the sim are currently stored. You can work out where the folder is from this pop-up and then drop the new TTs into the same folder.
