Right, I have read the wiki and am non the wiser. Only on a laptop, so that maybe the issue, but I can't work out how to chain rugby centre and rugby north together on my one device so i can play two together, should be manageable with ARS. Also, once I have achieved this, how would I do a host session? probably been asked a thousand times but after trying for the last hour i've given up! Cheers Log in to reply |

Start up one on port 50505, start up the other on port 50507, on the one on 50507 connect to the one on 50505 using ip address 127.0.0.1 that should get you both running on the same machine. In terms of external hosting you'll need to set up port forwarding on your router. Thanks for that. Next issue then, I open rugby centre, minimise it, when I go to SimSig loader to open the second, it just opens up the game I already have open. How do I open the second game on the same machine? I'm pretty good on computers, but this has foxed me in the simplest of ways! Cheers. Log in to reply |

Alternatively, if able middle-click on the icon on the taskbar, should open a new instance of Loader

Legend, middle click is a winner, right i've done it, thanks so much. It was opening the second loader i couldn't do, followed the details for the rest of it :) Now to do a bit of research and maybe a hosting session may appear one day. Definitely need to invest in two widescrren monitors, laptop is not big enough! Thanks all. Log in to reply |

If you haven't hosted before, it may be advisable to host a single sim rather than attempting a chain.
