Loader V5 - Resolved issues

The loader does not seem to be able to recognise my user name and password. All my licences are ignored. What is wrong here ?

All my licenses are allocated to this machine and since the loader update some of them Port Talbot for example either I haven't bought which I have or is allocated to another machine which it isn't, help please,

Right then, if you open up your loader and press "Check for updates", you should get loader 5.2 when it starts up again it will offer you the upgrade wizard :)

(Would be good if you could let us know if it works)

For those who are reading this from now, you'll get loader 5.2 straight from 4.15.1 and the upgrade wizard should run straight away.

Nope, upgraded to V5.2 and still showing my paid sims as 'yellow'. Also, even after doing all the updates the Check for Updates button shows new updates and when I click on it it seems to download all the same updates again.

When you open Loader V5.2 where you offered a wizard to transition your licenses to the new format? If you weren't can you try opening the loader again and see if you are offered it? If that doesn't work are you running V5.2 on the machine the old licenses where allocated to?

I'm Loading in v5.2 but my licences still are not recognised

Every time I load the loader it says updates are available and stops at a cardiff central timetable with no confirmation the process is complete. (As I was typing this message I had to press delete obsolete files for the process to finish)

I've also logged into the licence manager which confirms all my licences are allocated to the machine I am on, and it says it is synchronising the licences (licence manager is V4.6.9).

When I reopen the loader, and only after opening the licence manager, it goes through the wizard again.

I'm not sure what is supposed to be happening and which isn't hence giving you everything I can

How do you reset the password anyway ? No option that I can see in my account section.
