When I try to set a route from MY3 to the exit triangle associated with Medway Quarry, nothing happens. This is true even if I swing the points manually. I can't see any ground frames or phone calls I need to make. What am I doing wrong?

Similar to how some boxes you have to request a slot to the adjacent signal box for signalling a train over a single line. I will say that this is not 100% clear who you need to phone in the manual. This caught me out too until I found this freight. Maybe there needs to be a permanent note affixed to the board in the vicinity of Medway Jn as a reminder?

Sticky notes may come in handy here for you, once you learn who to call and have done it a few times, you won't need the reminder label.
