Is it possible for the said messages box to be able to be dragged anywhere on the screen instead of being fixed in the top left of the screen? I know you can resize it but a small change to make it more user friendly would be to be able to drag it to any location on the user's screen.

F3 > Display > uncheck the Hide message window title bar
